Simple Claims Process
We have simplified the claims process into the following few steps:
- Step 1: Check that your policy is active and paid to date.
- Step 2: Check that the initial waiting period has lapsed. (6 months on natural death and 12 months for suicide)
- Step 3: Prepare supporting documents. (Notice of death, copy of IDs of both person that passed and claimant)
- Step 4: Contact us via email or telephone.
- Step 5: Complete claims form.
- Step 6: Once we have successfully validated the claim, we payout within hours. We may send out an agent to assist with the validation process.
